この度chemSHERPA物質リストの改訂、およびデータ作成支援ツール(V2R1.03.0)公開に伴い、
ProChemist/ASにおいても下記日程でシステムメンテナンスを実施させていただきます。
メンテナンス時間帯はProChemist/ASのサービスをご利用いただくことが
できませんので、予めご了承ください。
お客様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解いただきますよう
お願い申し上げます。

■　サービス停止日時
　　2026年5月9日(土) 8:00　-　2026年5月9日(土) 18:00　(日本時間)
　　※　ProChemist/ASの全サービスが停止するため、
　　　　停止期間中はログインできません。

■　メンテナンス内容
　　・chemSHERPA物質リスト(Ver.2.13.00)への対応
　　・データ作成支援ツール(V2R1.03.0)への対応

■　注意事項
　　・システムメンテナンス後、回答済みchemSHERPAの改版要否に関しては、
　　　調査依頼元様の運用方針をご確認いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
　　・chemSHERPA物質リスト(Ver.2.13.00)で作成した回答ファイルはシステムメンテナンス後より登録が可能となります。

システムメンテナンスが完了いたしましたのでお知らせいたします。

■　メンテナンス内容
　　・chemSHERPA物質リスト(Ver.2.12.00)への対応
　　・データ作成支援ツール(V2R1.02.0)への対応

■　注意事項
　　・最新のchemSHERPA物質リスト(Ver.2.12.00)で作成した回答ファイルの
　　　登録が可能となりました。
　　・「再調査」の場合、最新のchemSHERPA物質リスト(Ver.2.12.00)で
　　　作成した回答ファイルにて回答操作をする必要がございます。

　　調査依頼元様の個別方針がある場合は、そちらの方針に

ProChemist/ASファイル読込時のローディング状態について　2025/5/29

日頃はProChemist/ASをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

ProChemist/ASシステムにてファイル読込時に、
カーソルが処理中の表示になったまま完了しない状況が確認されております。

当該事象が発生した場合は、恐れ入りますが、キャッシュクリアの実施をお願いいたします。
一般的なキャッシュクリアの手順を記載いたします。

＜Microsoft Edge（Chromium版）キャッシュクリア手順＞
　１．ブラウザの右上の「...」をクリック後、「設定」をクリック
　２．設定ページの左側にあるメニュー「プライバシー、検索、サービス」をクリック
　３．「閲覧データをクリア」-「今すぐ閲覧データをクリア」-「クリアするデータの選択」をクリック
　４．「キャッシュされた画像とファイル」にチェックを入れる
　　　（必要に応じて他項目もチェック）
　５．「今すぐクリア」をクリック

Due to the revision of the chemSHERPA substance list
and the release of the chemSHERPA Data entry support tool (V2R1.03.0),
we will be performing system maintenance on ProChemist/AS on the following dates.
Please know in advance that ProChemist/AS will be unavailable during the maintenance.
We will appreciate your understanding as some inconvenience might be caused.

■　Service outage window
　　8AM, 9th of May, 2026 (Sat.) - 6PM, 9th of May, 2026 (Sat.)
　　(Local time in Japan)
　　※　Users cannot login to the system over the period of suspension as
　　　　all the ProChemist/AS service will be suspended during maintenance.

■　Maintenance Contents
　　・Corresponding to Ver.2.13.00 of chemSHERPA substance list
　　・Corresponding to V2R1.03.0 of chemSHERPA Data entry support tool

■　Considerations
　　・After the system maintenance, please confirm about an operation policies
　　　with the survey requester for a necessity of revision of already replied chemSHERPA.
　　・Response files created using the chemSHERPA substance list (Ver.2.13.00)
　　　will be available for registration after system maintenance.

Loading State When Reading Files in ProChemist/AS 2025/5/29

To All Users:

Thank you for your using of ProChemist/AS all the time.

We have identified an issue in the ProChemist/AS system where the cursor remains in a loading
state and does not complete when reading files.

If you encounter this issue, we kindly request you to perform a cache clear. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
